Ceremony of offering to the Earth This Inca ritual, which many Andean communities still
continue, consists of offering gifts to mother earth in thanks for all
that she provides for the people and animals. Favors are asked of the
earth and through the provision of gifts Ayni (retribution) is produced
where by the earth returns the favors by providing all that the people
need. Everything needs to be in harmony, if anything bad happens it is
because the harmony has been broken, most importantly in the spiritual
sense. To rebalance the harmony help from the Apus or mother earth is
needed who were once living with necessities such as hunger and thirst
and so these offerings are needed.
The ceremony will take place in the nature, the Pachamama.

Cleasing ceremony with water Water comes from the God Wirakocha, the creator of
the universe, who fertilized Pachamama and allowed the reproduction of
life. It is a divinity that is present in the lakes, seas, rivers and
all sources of water.
Water allows the integration of all living things and articulates nature
and human society. It is the blood of the earth and the Andean universe.
It allows the practice of reciprocation in families, family groups and
Andean communities. Water “belongs to everyone and no one”. It belongs
to the earth and to all living things, including humans. It is
distributed according to necessity, traditions and norms of communities
and cyclic availability.
Water behaves according to the ecosystems, seasons and circumstances
without following any strict rules. It depends on time, weather and
topography. Andean society, like water, is constantly open to all that
it faces, incorporating selected elements from other cultures that
compliment their own.

TEMASCAL Temascal is an ancient indigenous tradition in the
Americas. It involves a small chamber made from wooden poles and covered
with cloth so that its circular interior is totally sealed apart from
the door which can also be covered. In the center of the chamber there
is a hole where hot rocks from the ceremonial fire outside are placed.
The rocks are passed though the door once everyone inside is ready. The
door is then closed and water is thrown onto the rocks creating an
intense vapor cloud inside the chamber. The people inside sing songs and
chat whilst more rocks are introduced and water and aromatic herbs are
tipped over them, constantly increasing the heat inside the chamber.
The atmosphere produced is real and tangible; it cleanses the aura,
totally transforms your energy and purifies everyone who experiences the
situation. Temascal is a magical catalyst for the transformation of
energy originating from ancient times.
The knowledge is passed on to experienced people.
Temascal is supposed to resemble a woman’s womb, the same as mother
earth’s womb, into which you enter naked and exit purified, it is like
being re-born.
Temascal helps fight physical ailments such as rheumatism, arthritis,
prostate, digestive and hepatic problems, circulatory and breathing
problems and glandular problems such as those associated with the
thyroid. It is extremely effective in stimulating the internal organs
and cleansing the body, through sweating, of all the toxins that
accumulate as a result of taking medicines or through our food which
nowadays can be contaminated. It helps eliminate physical and mental
exhaustion, indigestion and stomach aches and significantly improves the
quality of life of people who suffer from diabetes and hypertension. The
temperature and the volatile oils in the plants that are used help the
body’s muscles to relax and as a result the circulatory system improves.
It is also effective in treating varicose veins, numbness in the hands
and feet, high and low blood pressure and other circulatory problems.
The process cleans and decongests the nasal passage; the vapor is used
to treat flu, bronchitis, asthma and sinus problems. The inhalation
therapy works as a result of medicinal flowers placed on the hot rocks
in the chamber and together with the water vapor the respiratory canals
are unblocked. This causes the body to relax and hence fights stress,
nervous tension and improves mental processes without adverse effects.

Ceremony with the 4 Elements Mother Earth feeds us, cares for us and protects us.
The earth supplies us with everything necessary, just as all good
mothers care for their children. Humans live within “culture” but we
should not forget that essentially it is “nature”. If we break our ties
with “nature” our energy and ability to live will diminish and our
ability to live is what remains for us in a world in which ideas about
our existence predominate. In our civilization humans have broken
connections with the earth, we live in big cities without natural
elements and we have lost contact with nature.
When we walk barefooted on grass or on a sandy beach we are interacting
with the earth, feeling its energy, its electromagnetism. We must
remember that we are the earth and ultimately we will become part of it.
Water, an element present in our organism, in blood, and other liquids,
is a sacred element on our planet; it is the earth’s blood. The life
cycle of water is similar to that of humans and for this reason we
should harmonize our bodies with terrestrial water, at least once a year,
to avoid physical ailments and cleanse our temple (body) to feel more at
peace with ourselves.
Fire is the driving force of the unity with divinity. Fire is the symbol
of the soul forever seeking reintegration; it is the synthesis in the
transformation of the other three elements: earth, water and air. Fire
is associated with the heart and also with the sun; the giver of light
which is the symbol of the soul. Fire is present within us in our
feelings; fire also represents the sun that gives us warmth and energy.

Ayahuasca Ritual (1 night) Ayahuasca is the "Vine of the Soul", a sacred
medicinal power plant, which grows as a vine in the Amazonian rainforest
and is a natural psychotropic and hallucinogen. The shaman cooks this
vine together with some other medicinal plants, mainly together with
chacruna, over many hours in water into a thick, brownish brew. The
Quechua term of this drink "Ayahuasca" refers to the freeing of the
spirit or the essence of the soul. To take Ayahuasca is to be purged and
purified. It cleanses the mental, emotional and spiritual body. It
reaches deep inside and removes the layers of debris which obscure the
soul, opening up to access and reconnect with knowledge and wisdom
imprinted in our DNA, to psychic powers and to journey into the past,
present and future. The Master Plant has a Spirit, and in the eye of a
shaman it is a powerful Doctor, Surgeon and Medicine. Ayahuasca purifies
