DAY 01
International arrival in Lima
Arrival to Lima’s International airport, transfer to your hotel. Meeting
with our representative, who will give you the vouchers and he will
provide details about your trip development.

DAY 02
Lima: City tour
Visit to the City of Lima, founded by Francisco Pizarro as the “City of
Kings”. We begin the visit at the Historical Center declared World
Heritage by Unesco, here you will have a panoramic view of the Plaza San
Martin, the Plaza Mayor where we can find the Government Palace, the
Cathedral, Arzobispal Palace and the Major Palace; continuing to Santo
Domingo Church and Colonial balconies. We continue our visit to San
Francisco Convent and Basilica where we could enter to know the Basilica,
The Convent, and The Chorus which conserves an amazing Baroque Coral
Chairs which are carved and engraved. The Library, the Museum or
Profundis Hall destined to the exhibition of an 11-linenz collection of
the great Fleming Master Pedro Pablo Rubens, the Sacristy, and the
Catacombs which were the ancient cemetery on Colonial times. We well
continue our road to residential districts of San Isidro and Miraflores.
Passing through the Huaca Pucllana: Administrative and Ceremonial Centre
of culture in Lima, it is a great pyramid made of small mud bricks
(adobe); The Olivar Park in San Isidro, cultivated with olive trees
bought from Spain in 1560; Central Park in Miraflores and finally;
Larcomar, entertaining and shopping center, built over a cliff with an
amazing view of the Pacific Ocean. At the end of the tour, transfer to
your selected hotel.
DAY 03
Lima / Arequipa: Visit to the city and Santa Catalina Convent
In the morning, transfer to the airport to take your flight to Arequipa.
At your arrival, transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, we will visit
the city, where we could know the Main Square and the Basilica Cathedral,
built with a beautiful architecture surrounded by Sillar (volcanic rock)
arches. The cathedral front which has an architectonic neo-classic style,
with French influences, looks 3 big portals with 2 bronze medallions.
Our tour continues to La Compañia church and its cloisters, founded by
the Jesuits XVII century.
Following to Santa Catalina’s convent founded in 1579, and built as a
city on XVII century. Covent was involved with a veil of mystery and
silence until 1970, when great part of the convent opened its doors for
public. Nowadays, there are still nuns living in the north area of the
complex. You can walk through its straits street which will take you to
different parts of the convent which pass through picturesque places and
staying and resting rooms with original furniture. Return to your hotel.

DAY 04
Arequipa / Juliaca / Puno: Visit to Chullpas de Sillustani on route
At the appropriate time, transfer to the airport to take your flight to
the City of Juliaca. At you arrival, transfer to your hotel. On road, we
will visit the famous Chullpas of Sillustani, Tombs in shape cylinders
which belong to Kolla Culture, located in Umayo Lagoon peninsula, of
silver and quiet water. In these stone tombs perfectly polished were
deposited mommies of local high authorities. The visit last about 1 hour,
to continue transfer to your hotel in the city of Puno.

DAY 05
Puno: Titicaca Lake, Floating Island of Uros and Taquile Island
Hotel pick up at 06:45 a.m. to start the full day excursion to Titicaca
Lake. After a ½ hour trip through the Lake, we will visit the floating
Islands of Uros, located on the Puno bay, local people call by
themselves Kotsuña, “The Lake Town”, and they origins are known even
before Incas times. Islands are built over blocks of Totora’s (kind of
reeds) roots, dry reeds layers are placed on the top; over this surface,
their houses are built. Next excursion is to Taquile Island, where we
will arrive after 2 hours of long trip through lake. Taquile is the
second more extensive Island on lake (5,72 Km²) on Peruvian side, where
you will meet its friendly people who conserve their costumes,
traditions and ancient clothing. Taquile’s people highlight by their and
time-consumed textiles which have symbolic symmetric decorations and
strong color representing their lifestyle, habits and Andean beliefs.
Completing the excursion, return to your hotel

DAY 06
Puno / Cusco
Early morning, after breakfast, transfer to bus station to take a
tourist bus to the city of Cusco. Following the road will be the first
stop in Pukara, where you will visit the Museum. It is the most
important and ancient Highland ceremonial Centre, prior to the
Tiahuanaco Centre. Also appreciate interesting Lito-sculptures. Continue
towards La Raya, the highest point of this trip 3450 m.a.s.l., where you
will have 10 minutes to take pictures; appreciates the arid and dry
upland in union with the quechua area with rivers and creeks. Follows
the journey to Sicuani, where you will take a buffet lunch. After 45
minutes go again, now towards Raqchi archaeological Centre, an
impressive building with more than 90 m long and 25 m wide, that would
have been the God Wiracocha´s Sanctuary. The journey continues to
Andahuaylillas, where to visit their known as the "America Sistine
Chapel" San Pedro Andahuaylillas Church, its exterior simplicity
contrasts with their interior colonial Baroque. After the visit still
trip up to Cusco. Arrival and transfer to your hotel.

DAY 07
Cusco: Visit the city and surrounding archaeological ruins
1:30 pm. Hotel pick up to take a city tour in the city of Cusco
approximately 3 ½ hours, visiting the Sun Temple or Koricancha, one of
the most representative building of the fusion of cultures Spanish and
Inca; the Cathedral of Cusco, with the best expressions of colonial
goldsmith, carved in wood and a valuable collection of the so-called
"Escuela Cusqueña", on their sides stood up two auxiliary chapels:
triumph and Jesus, Maria and Jose. Continuing the journey, we are
directed towards the nearby ruins of Cusco, such as Sacsayhuaman, Kenko,
Puca-Pucara and Tambomachay. Return to your hotel.

DAY 08
Cusco: Visit to the Sacred Valley of the Incas
Hotel pick up at 8 a.m. for visiting the Sacred Valley of the Incas. The
first visit is the Pisac Indian market, which is an artisanal typical
market where you will be witnesses of the old customs. Here you will
have a free time to make some shopping, because there are a variety of
handicrafts, textile and souvenirs. Then continue towards Urubamba,
where we will have a buffet lunch.
After lunch head Ollantaytambo to know the archaeological complex
located there. This is one of the most monumental architectural
complexes of the ancient Inca Empire called "Fortress" by the dimensions
of its walls, the place, surrounded by “andenerias”. You can visit the
people, which is the only city of incanato in Peru which is almost
intact and their homes are even habited. Return to Cusco visiting
Chinchero, it depends on available time. In its main square performed
fairs, where you will find high quality handicrafts. You could
appreciate its Colonial Church also, which was built over an Inca Palace.
Finally return to Cusco and transfer to your hotel.

DAY 09
Cusco: Machu Picchu Excursion
Hotel pick up in Cusco, between 5 or 6 a.m. to transfer to the station,
to take a train with destination to Aguas Calientes. The tour lasts
approximately 3 to 3 1/2 hours. At you arrival to Aguas Calientes, you
will be received by our local guide who will take you to the station and
take the bus, which will take to the entrance of Machu Picchu Sanctuary,
on a journey of approximately of 20 minutes. Machu Picchu known as "The
lost city of the Incas" is today one of the 7 Wonders of the world.
During the visit, the guide will show us its palaces and temples,
housing and deposits; the buildings, with religious ceremonial functions
with its mausoleums carved in rock and the famous Intiwatana; polygonal
rock as a polyhedron almost cubic, considered the central and most
important system of astronomical measurements of the complex, which
determined start dates and end of the agricultural campaigns, it is said
it was used as altar for rituals.
At the end of the tour you will have free time inside of the Citadel, to
rest or continue taking pictures of this impressive new wonder. After
the excursion we will take bus return to Aguas Calientes.
In the afternoon we are addressing to the train back to Cusco, which
departs from the station between 3 to 4 p.m. Once upon arrival at the
train station, our assistant will wait for your transfer to the hotel.

DAY 10
Cusco: Machu Picchu / Cusco
You can wake up early and go up to the citadel for a second visit and
enjoy a beautiful sunrise. Visit the Town of Aguas Calientes and know
its Hot Springs Thermal waters. Then, you will have time to do some of
the following activities: (Not included in the overall price):
1. Visit the Citadel of Machu Picchu one more time.
2. Climb up the Huayna Picchu (this visit depends on weather conditions).
From Huayna Picchu you can appreciate the immensity of Machu Picchu.
Arriving at the top takes about two hours and a half, we suggest you to
do this excursion before 1:00 p.m. You have to check in very early
before enter and begin this trail.
In the afternoon we will be addressing to the train back to Cusco, which
departs from the station between 3 to 4 p.m. Once upon arrival at the
train station, our assistant will wait for your transfer to the hotel.

DAY 11
Cusco / Lima
At scheduled time, transfer to the airport to take your flight back to
the city of Lima.
